Precinct votes to allow alcohol sales at Boone Tavern

According to early reports the East Berea precinct voted in favor of permitting alcohol sales at “qualified historic sites.” The Boone Tavern, owned and operated by Berea College is the only site that would meet the criteria in the referendum.
